Overview of Policies Acceptance Form 8/1/05

- All vehicles are sold AS IS.
- Buyers are responsible for all of their bids. Therefore, All BIDS ARE FINAL.
- The Bid Sheet is for reference only and the information is not guaranteed.
- Please verify all bids before signing and submitting.
- Online Bids are the responsibility of the Buyer
Pick Up and Payment
All vehicles won must be paid for and picked up within (3) working days from the last day of the sale. In the event the vehicles are not picked up and paid for by 5 p.m. on the third day, the buyer will be subject to a $20.00 charge per day per vehicle.
ALL VEHICLES SELLING FOR $300 OR LESS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION OR UNWIND FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING ANY UNDISCLOSED TITLE BRANDS.
GUARANTEED VEHICLES – (when announced as “Guaranteed”)
The seller may guarantee the following items on vehicles for a period of 24 hours, represented as “Guaranteed” on the Dealer Trade Solutions Bid Sheet:Non-defective engine, transmission, differential, C.V. joints, and braking system, air conditioning (that compressor clutch engages only).
Items not covered by the Guarantee:
Brake pads or rotors, front ends, clutches, electrical and fuel system, power steering, universal, transmission or power steering leaks, or other regular maintenance items.
Note: Bumpers and trailer hitches welded to the frame are NOT considered frame damage.
ODOMETER
Odometers on vehicle 10 years and older or that sell for less than $300.00 are not guaranteed.
Vehicles found to have a broken or inoperative odometer must be reported to Dealer Trade Solutions within
24 hoursfrom the time of pick up in order to be arbitrated.
FRAME - 7 day Guarantee
- Vehicles sold for more than $2000 are subject to a (7) day frame guarantee.
- Frame damage must be reported within (7) calendar days from Sale Day.
- (Friday is Sale Day – Day 1)
FRAME DAMAGE- Reimbursement Policy
When vehicles are returned for frame, the Seller will only reimburse the Buyer for transportation related expenses & frame report costs. (Frame Reports not to exceed $65.)
TITLE GUARANTEE
The Buyer shall have five (5) days from receipt of title to enter into arbitration for any and all unannounced title issues.
It is the Sellers’ responsibility to provide title and necessary registration documents within (60) days from the date of sale. If the title can not be produced, within the 60 days, the Buyer must notify Dealer Trade Solutions and allow (3) days (72 hours) for DTS to pursue the title. In the event of an unwind, the Seller shall refund the Buyer the purchase price of the vehicle and reasonable documented cost as determined by Dealer Trade Solutions, but not to exceed $300.00. Vehicle must be returned to Dealer Trades Solutions sale lot within 3 days. The Seller is responsible to pay all penalties associated with late titles (Example: DMV, ASF fees). All expenses exceeding the $300 limit are NOT subject to arbitration.
Titles forwarded by the Seller or by Dealer Trade Solutions to the Buyer and not received (lost in mail) may be replaced by Seller or Dealer Trade Solutions. A “Lost” title does not constitute grounds for a “Late Title” unwind.
Note: All liability under this title guarantee shall expire and terminate 48 months after the sale date.
